The ideal candidate is passionate about our mission to deliver healthcare through offline-first digital health models in low- and middle-income countries. She/he will have worked in running campaigns (e.g. marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, working with agencies, comms/awareness campaigns, etc), tracking performance against targets. The ideal candidate must also have proven record of balancing the needs of end users, partners, internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment – ideally spanning business development through to execution.
The core role scope and responsibilities will be:
- Work with the Management Team at reach52 to oversee and deliver our Campaigns
- Support and oversee design, planning, training and execution of campaigns
- Set metrics, monitor and optimise performance with on-the-ground teams
- Support the product roadmap and tech evolution – especially our ‘Campaigns’ product
- Work with new clients and partners (and the reach52 Partnerships team) to design new campaigns – from creative concepts to delivery plans
- Provide our partners reports, updates and other insights – with robust analysis
- Performance reviews, coaching and mentorship of junior team members
- Maintain overall visibility of key campaigns, risks, issues or problems with programs
- Help shape the broader business strategy and growth of reach52
- Support internal strategic initiatives and programs to help the reach52 model evolve
- Represent reach52 on occasion externally (conferences, presentations, events, etc)
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years experience in managing awareness/marketing campaigns, account management in an agency, running health outreach campaigns/projects, or any other similar experience
- Experience with digital marketing and/or platform-based campaigns is strongly preferred
- Ability to set robust metrics, experience of monitoring/optimising performance of campaigns
- Any knowledge of martech/adtech tech products would be very useful – experience of working with tech/product teams
- Sector knowledge in health/public health, FMCG, financial services, consumer health or any service offered in a lower-income community segment is an advantage
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills, report writing and creation of documents that articulate complex projects in a simple way
- Working knowledge of our markets (ideally Philippines, India, Cambodia and Indonesia) is an advantage
- Effective project management experience, with the ability to both empathise with local challenges and resourcefulness to problem solve and deliver on time
- Hard working but thrives on flexible, trust-based culture, with focus on outputs and outcomes
- Strong communicator, good at dealing with clients and partners
